PURCHASE POLICY :
Please read this document carefully with the terms & conditions that you have agreed to follow if you continue to use the Pellavina website. Below are the terms & conditions that apply to Pellavina and any purchase you make through Pellavina’s website.
PELLAVINA PRODUCT PURCHASE :
- You can only make purchases of available products for sale and where details are displayed on the Pellavina website.
- For personal use, either by yourself or the intended recipient of the product. Pellavina reserves the right to reject any orders and have reasonable terms for their subsequent sale.
- Purchased product information (including prices) has been disclosed by Pellavina’s website.
- Pellavina takes all reasonable steps to ensure that all the details, description, and prices of the products posted on the Pellavina website are true.
PRODUCT MESSAGES :
- Once you’ve selected the products you want to book, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
- Pellavina will send you an email to confirm your order has been received
- We assume that you have received your offer, and the corresponding sales contract for the product you ordered made between you and Pellavina only when the products delivered to you as stated in the shipping confirmation email.
PELLAVINA does not refuse or will not be able to process your order if :
- The product you ordered is not forwarded or no longer available.
- Your Credit Card does not give permission for purchase price payment.
- You do not meet the eligibility criteria for the above mentioned criteria.
CANCELLATION ORDER
Before you place your order, you can see the content and amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been successfully shipped and payment is received for your purchase, your order will be “Delivered to Packing” entering the immediate delivery process. We advise you to carefully review and modify your order before submission of payment. After your order “PROCESSING” it has entered the shipping process and no changes are made in the future.
Damage and goods wrongly received
You can change your merchandise if the item in your order is damaged after receiving good or the item you received is not the original item from your order. The exchange of goods is valid within 48 hours from the date the goods are received. Please note that we can only change goods with the same value or low value. Where exchanges are of higher value, you will have to pay the difference in the amount of the payment.
When changing a damaged item or misclassified item we will :
- Manage to collect items from you for free.
- Replacement items are ordered for you free of charge.
GENERAL
PELLAVINA is entitled to :
- Exchange these terms from time to time, and you use the Pellavina website (or part of the service) following such changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine if the conditions have changed. If you do not agree with any changes to the terms then you should stop using the Pellavina website.
- If any part of this condition is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from the terms and the remaining provisions in the condition shall continue to be in full force and effect, the Malaysian Law applies to these terms and any the petitions relating to these terms will be resolved by the Malaysian Courts.
STATEMENT
- Pellavina will send you an Order Confirmation email after your payment is confirmed and with our receipt. An email containing your order details includes product code, product description, invoice and shipping address.
- Pellavina will send Delivery Notification email on behalf of our logistics company to you after your order is shipped. You can get your tracking number and your delivery details in the email. Please click the following link to confirm your order.
FRAUD PROTECTION
In an effort to protect you as well as yourself from fraud or unauthorized or otherwise unlawful activity, Pellavina will screen all orders and be entitled to withhold or reject any order process due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity . Pellavina can request a copy of your Credit Card statement by email to confirm your payment. Pellavina also reserves the right to disable any member account or refuse to post to a specific address in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or unlawful activity.
PRICES
The product price listed on the Pellavina website is subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATION ORDER
Products that have been sold are non-refundable, therefore regret to be informed that reservations can not be canceled once they are placed, Please make sure you have checked and verified all the details and information before you process your payment.
RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
- We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to make product changes for new, unopened products that are returned within 7 days of the shipment date.
- All precious and unopened products can be exchanged with receipts / invoices or invoice packing mail orders.
- All products can be changed once.
- Items sold may be refundable, but we will gladly exchange products with other products of equal value or greater value.
- Pellavina reserves the right to make the final decision if the product returned in the event is unsatisfactory, or the above conditions are not met.
- We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to inform you that the parcel is safe to arrive at our hands.
- If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us or email us (Sunday – Thursday, 00 am – 5.00 pm). Please provide your contact details, invoice number and reason for return.
- Note: – The sale of goods and items purchased using discounted code is final, non-refundable and not be can changed.
